1. Services

DPT Careers provides career services, digital branding, websites, digital business cards, and job advertising services.

2. Payments

• All CV and digital services require full payment upfront.
• Website services require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins.
• The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery.
• All payments are processed securely via PayFast.

3. Turnaround Time

• CV services: 1–3 working days
• Digital business cards: 1–2 days
• Websites: 3–7 working days depending on scope

Delays may occur if required information is not provided on time.

4. Revisions

• Clients are allowed reasonable revisions after delivery.
• Major changes outside the original request may require additional fees.

5. Refund Policy

• Deposits for websites are non-refundable.
• Due to the nature of digital services, completed work is non-refundable.
• If a project has not yet started, refund requests may be considered.

6. Client Responsibility

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information.
• DPT is not responsible for incorrect details supplied by the client.

7. Job Listings

• DPT provides a platform for job advertisements.
• We do not guarantee hiring outcomes or candidate quality.
• Employers are responsible for their hiring decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

DPT is not liable for job application outcomes, employment decisions, or business results resulting from the use of our services.
